Question: Surges problems

My car surges Intermittently... the last time i took it into the dealership they said it was a glitch in the computer but they reset it but unable to correct the problem because the car or problem is too new. The car was fine until recently the intermittent surges are back....

Well couple months ago car I brought my car in because it was not switching into gears they said it must be the gas I am using. Return the car again and told them the car is driving like a real old car and surging alot. They told me that the transmission line was leaking and needed a cv boot. All this one month outside of the warrenty.
