I called and was able to arrange for an appointment for an oil change without any difficulty whatsoever. When the day came, I was greeted in a very friendly and helpful manner. My car was taken in without delay and the service was performed with the same high standards to which I've grown accustomed from First Choice and its mechanics.

they did a fabulous job on my car - I needed a new starter. They completed the job when they said they would, were very courteous and priced right. Definitely would use them again!

My vehicle was taken in for some AC work. The work was completed to my satisfaction. However, I specifically wrote on the ticket to contact me as to what they found before proceeding, and they did not. My wife contacted them and found the car was done, yet they still had not contacted us. When she asked what they had found the guy she spoke to on the phone was very rude with her. I ended up calling to find out what was up with the car and he was very rude and abrupt with me as well.
It could of easily ended up a much better ending had they informed us when they were suppose to, and explained things without having an attitude about it.
The bill ended up being less than I thought it was going to be. Had they called and informed me and told me how much it was going to be, I would of said Great! Can you change the oil, and replace all the belts? They would of gotten more business immediately and everybody would of been happy. Instead they were rude on the phone and talked down to both myself and my wife, I will not be taking any of my vehicles back there again. My neighbor had a similar story with them and now they take there car elsewhere as well.. Would not recommend.
